Our 4-week challenge starts on 1 November 2020, so secure your place now!


The challenge includes:

  • 1 hr group 'kick off' session (on 1 November 2020 @ 10am)

  • Full Gym Access during Nov 2020 (opening hours 5am - 10pm)

  • Access to all Vitality Combo, Yoga, Barre, Martial Arts & Kick Boxing classes during Nov 2020 (coaching on technique provided for best results)

  • Your 4-week challenge journal (it's short and sweet, but keeps you focused)

  • A weekly email with feedback on your progress

  • Weekly spot prizes to help keep you motivated (all participants who email in their weekly journal are in the draw)

  • Optional add-ons: Nutrition session ($70). Personal Training or Healing session ($90). Not included in pricing. Please book separately.


Please note:

  • This special offer pricing is for non-members, and is only available until 31/10/2020

  • Existing members are welcome to join in on the challenge using their existing membership

  • For non-members...if you change your mind during the first 7 days of the challenge, we'll give you a full refund (you must have attended at least one class).

  • In a 'lock down' scenario, the challenge will be extended for the applicable period.
