Gosia is a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates + Reformer Pilates instructor, with specialist expertise in pre/postnatal training, pelvic floor health, peri menopause and menopause.

She holds a Masters degree in Psychology, and is an experienced counsellor too, so she truly understands how the body and mind work together to achieve best results.
