Mix of dynamic or slower pace exercises that will lengthen and sculpt your muscles, improve joint mobility and build core strength. Individual tailoring for those rehabilitating from injury. Feel the gains in your posture, poise and functional strength. Walk out feeling two inches taller! Perfect for beginners, with options to challenge the most experienced.
